The Services themselves are provided solely under a separate written services agreement between Bureau Ready and its clients. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer that can be accepted to form a contract for Services.
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice. Bureau Ready is not a law firm. Regulatory obligations, including obligations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), depend on your specific circumstances; you should consult qualified counsel regarding your obligations.
Bureau Ready is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports, credit repair services, or services to individual consumers seeking to modify their credit files. Our Services are provided exclusively to businesses. Consumers with questions about their credit reports should contact the relevant furnisher or consumer reporting agency.
Certain areas of the Site, including the client dashboard, are available only to clients with active engagements and valid credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Bureau Ready or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site content without our prior written consent. Metro 2® is a registered trademark of the Consumer Data Industry Association; all other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
You agree not to: (a) use the Site in violation of applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; (c) interfere with the operation of the Site; (d) scrape or harvest data from the Site; or (e) use the Site to transmit malicious code.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BUREAU READY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUREAU READY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SERVICES, IF ANY, IS GOVERNED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE APPLICABLE SERVICES AGREEMENT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bureau Ready and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
